How We Work
Discovery & Consultation
We begin with a complimentary on-site consultation to understand your vision, assess site conditions, and identify any constraints. This meeting defines the project scope, goals, and preliminary budget range.
Design & Estimating
Our team coordinates with architects and engineers to develop construction documents. We produce a detailed, line-item fixed-price estimate and present a formal contract with milestone payment schedule.
Permitting & Pre-Construction
We submit for all required permits, procure long-lead materials, and schedule specialty trades. You receive a full project schedule with key milestones before any work begins on site.
Construction & Quality Control
Your dedicated Project Manager oversees every trade, conducts daily site inspections, and sends you weekly progress updates with photos. We maintain an immaculate and safe job site throughout.
Inspections & Punch-List
All city inspections are coordinated by our team. Before final payment, we conduct a thorough walk-through with you and address every punch-list item to your complete satisfaction.
Project Closeout & Warranty
At project completion, you receive a full closeout package: as-built drawings, permit final cards, manufacturer warranty documents, and care instructions. Our 1-year workmanship warranty begins at sign-off.
